“Anita has been a pleasure to work with. She made my fiancé and I feel very comfortable in helping  us manage many of our decisions with various aspects of our new construction townhouse. She offers a hands-on approach that is not only professional but personal. She has a great eye and was able to provide a solid organizational style to help us outline a detailed schedule to follow during our home building process. She was able to provide us with a preferred vendor list (many who work with her on a regular basis) and offered suggestions on how to work within our budget based on the allowances given by the builder and where she thought best to allocate any overage or additional funds.
